It's perfect for this sort of game.

so how many players can you play it with?

RE: co-op
AFAIK only 2.
I have used that mode to introduce my brother to how the game works. I don't think it's useful for anything else.

RE: co-op
I was going to buy this already but finding out about Coop made it that much more interesting! Thumbs up! Was going to make a thread requesting it and hoping that the developers would heed my call.
I am just hoping that more coop content will be added. Would be great.

Edit:
Just read the post that was posted earlier in this thread linking to the new coop thing. Wow, you guys deliver. First thing I'm doing when I get home on friday is to buy this game!

RE: co-op
The only thing I could recommend as a fix, is the co-op increasing in difficulty with each bag of gold delivered.

Spawn more baddies each bag placed? Increase by two each time. Would make for fun a be more of a survival mode.

Actually. The difficulty does increase with amount of bags collected. Maybe I should make the hard enemies a bit harder then.

RE: co-op
Its good that youre adding game modes against AI bots, keeps it interesting. Do you have any plans for a survival mode? Holding out inside a bank against waves of foes outside would be great. Perhaps a cirlce of wagons to defend? Tongue

RE: co-op
Defiantly need a good co-op mode, not something like Greed: AI vs Players, but something more along the lines of a story perhaps...breaking people out of jail, etc.

RE: co-op
This game has all the guts and framework to create a fantastic co-op experience. Co-op is a great opportunity for this game to differentiate itself from the plethora of (at least somewhat) similar team-based shooters. I've purchased 3 copies of Lead and Gold already to play with my family and we've had a blast in the existing co-op mode.

That co-op mode could be fleshed out with some more options like #bots and difficulty scaling and 4 player support and be a very strong offering. That alone would make it one of the better co-op titles around and give it a lot of sales. A few minor tweaks could also turn that mode into a defend-the-house sort of last stand mode that would be fun as well.

But creating a mode where players cooperatively attack or maybe even defend a town against simple bots/AI, like an old western movie would make this a flagship cooperative title in my opinion. That deserves its own discussion, because it represents some real work, but I and others would be singing its praises at places like co-optimus for sure.

( Coop, Co-op, cooperative for people searching )

RE: co-op
I would be happy to just switch maps on co-op..Instead of playing the same map over and over again. Got 450 bags of gold last night and over 6500 xp in one game..Was fun but would like to play other maps..
