Due to the overwhelming amount of threads about Crash reports, this one will be the "central" Crash Report thread.

If your game has crashed, please be as descriptive of possible to post what you did or what you were doing at the time.

This thread is ONLY for crash reports!

I seem to crash every time I host. The game will run fine for a couple of minutes then it crashes to desktop.

I have no issues playing on other peoples games.

Q: "Invalid connection; source button/axis/direction does not exist"

A: Try removing all gamepads etc you have plugged into your computer if you're still getting the same error have a look through your device manager and try disabling any gamepads you have listed on there.
