Here is some info regarding synergy effects, ranks (how much XP you need for each rank) and experience (what actions grants you XP and how much).
Note: These values may be subject to change during the BETA.
Synergies
Regeneration = Amount of health regenerated per second (all professions have this ability)
Accuracy = Spread multiplicator (lower is better)
Damage = Amount of damage bonus
Armor = Amount of damage taken
Critical hit = Chance of getting critical hit (x2 damage). Note that the chance of getting a critical hit various from weapon to weapon.

Experience
Knocking down an enemy: 30xp
- +10xp if the enemy was knocked down by the Gunslinger's fanning ability or Blaster's dynamite blast or a powder keg blast.
- +10xp for head shot.
- +10xp if the enemy was tagged by a friendly Deputy.
Killing an already knocked down enemy: 40xp
Also, the experience gained from knocking down or killing an already knocked down enemy is modified based on the level difference between you and your enemy accordingly:
- +10%/rank below your enemy.
- -10%/rank above your enemy.
Example 1: If a rank 5 Gunslinger kills an already knocked down rank 3 enemy Blaster, the Gunslinger will get: 0.8 * 40 = 32xp
Example 2: If a level 2 Deputy head shots a tagged level 7 enemy trapper, the deputy will get: 1.5 * (30xp + 10xp + 10xp) = 75xp
Assist kill (the player who did the most damage to an enemy without killing him / her): 10xp
Revive team mate: 50xp
If a tagged enemy gets knocked down / killed, the tagger is granted: 10xp (only applicable to the Deputy)
Untag a team mate: 10xp (only applicable to the Deputy)
Destroy enemy Trapper's trap: 10xp
Catch enemy in a trap: 45xp (only applicable to the Trapper)
Picking up spawn flag: 10xp
Returning enemy spawn flag: 20xp
Carry gold sack / powder keg: 5xp each 2.5 seconds
Robbery / Greed specific
Bring gold sack to base: 50xp
Powerkeg specific
Blowing up the bank safe: 300xp
Blowing up the water wheel: 300xp
Blowing up a windmill: 300xp
Blowing up a door: 50xp
Blowing up a wall: 50xp
Blowing up a hang bridge: 50xp
Conquest specific
Capture neutral zone: 40xp
Capture enemy zone: 30xp
